Privacy Policy

IG Ladder (hereinafter referred to as "IG Ladder", located at http://kor.igladder.co.kr) establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea,
in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances swiftly and effectively.

○ This Privacy Policy shall take effect from February 18, 2021.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
<IG LADDER> ("http://kor.igladder.co.kr " hereinafter referred to as "IG LADDER") processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following purposes, and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent pursuant to Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, will be implemented.

Article 4 (Procedures and methods of destruction of personal information)
① <IG LADDER> will destroy the personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the personal information retention period and the achievement of the purpose of processing.
② The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows.
1. Destruction Procedure

Article 5 (Matters concerning the rights and obligations of the data subject and legal representatives and the method of exercising them)
① The data subject can exercise the right to view, correct, delete, and suspend personal information at any time regarding the IG LADDER.
② The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) can be done to the IG ladder in writing, e-mail, or fax in accordance with Article 41 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and IG LADDER will take action without delay.
③ The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) may be done through an agent, such as a legal representative of the data subject or a person who has been delegated. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in attached Form 11 of the "Notice on the Method of Processing Personal Information (No. 2020-7)".
④ Requests for suspension of reading and processing personal information may be restricted by Article 35 (4) and Article 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ Requests for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as a collection target in other laws.
⑥ IG LADDER checks whether the person who made the request for access, correction/deletion, or access in case of suspension of processing, is the person who made the request according to the data subject's rights or a legitimate agent.

Article 6 (Matters concerning measures to ensure the safety of personal information)
<IG LADDER> is taking the following steps to ensure the safety of personal information.
1. Establishment and implementation of internal management plan

Article 8 (Criteria for determining additional use and provision)
In accordance with Article 15 (3) and Article 17 (4) of the Personal Information Protection Act, IG LADDER may additionally use and provide personal information without the consent of the data subject in consideration of the matters under Article 14-2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Accordingly, IG LADDER considered the following matters in order to provide additional use and provision without the consent of the data subject.
▶ Whether the purpose of additional use and provision of personal information is related to the original purpose of collection
▶ Whether there is any predictability of additional use or provision in light of the circumstances or processing practices of collecting personal information
▶ Whether the additional use and provision of personal information unreasonably infringes on the interests of the data subject
▶ Whether measures necessary for securing safety, such as processing pseudonyms or encryption, have been taken

Article 9 (Matters concerning the person in charge of personal information protection)
① IG LADDER is in charge of handling personal information and designates a personal information protection officer as follows for the handling of complaints and damage relief of information subjects related to personal information processing.

Article 11 (Rescue Method for Infringement of Rights and Interests of Data Subjects)

A person who has been infringed on rights or interests due to dispositions or omissions made by the head of a public institution under Articles 35 (reading personal information), 36 (correction and deletion of personal information), and 37 (suspension of processing personal information) may request an administrative trial as prescribed by the Administrative Trial Act.

Article 12 (Change in Personal Information Processing Policy)
① This privacy policy will take effect on February 18, 2021.

Prohibition of Unauthorized Email Collection

Please note that email addresses posted on the website will not be collected without permission using e-mail collection programs or other technical devices, and violations will be criminally punished under the Information and Communication Network Act.

Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Electronic Mail Addresses, etc.)
1. No person shall collect the e-mail address using a program or other technical device that automatically collects the e-mail address from the Internet homepage where the intention to refuse to collect the e-mail address is specified.
2. No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph (1).
3. No one shall use for information transmission any email address that they know is prohibited from being collected, sold, or distributed under Paragraphs 1 and 2.
